At 4EvaGlow Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services and products to our clients. Please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing, as all sales are final.
Services
- All medical spa treatments, procedures, service packages, and membership are non-refundable once purchased or performed.
- Pre-paid packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if not fully used.
- We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary by individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Our treatments are thoughtfully planned to deliver visible and quality results.
- Service packages expire 18 months from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.
- Once the membership is canceled, all unused services expire.
Products and Gift Cards
We carefully curate medical-grade skincare products to support your treatment results.
- All skincare and retail products are final sale and non-returnable once purchased, even if unopened, for health and safety reasons.
- We encourage clients to consult with our licensed staff before purchasing to ensure suitability for your skin concerns.
- All gift card sales are final.
Special Promotions & Complimentary Services
- Complimentary upgrades or promotional services have no cash value, are not exchangeable, and must be used at the time of the booked service.
