4EvaGlow Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At 4EvalGlow, we are committed to providing a personalized care and dedicated time for each of our clients. In order to offer the highest quality experience, we have set the following cancellation and no-show guidelines:

24-Hour Notice

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to $50 of the scheduled service. This fee helps us recover time and resources set aside for your visit.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a $50 service fee will be charged. No-showing prevents other clients from receiving care and affects our team’s schedule.

Arriving Late

If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to still see you. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on the service length and our availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you!

Emergencies & Flexibility

We understand that life happens. In the case of true emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, fees may be waived at the discretion of management.

Booking Requirements

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
