Is there a minimum commitment period for memberships?
Yes. All membership tiers require a 12-month commitment. After completing the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month and can be canceled with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
What happens if I don't use some of my monthly services?
If you don’t use any or all of your membership monthly services, you can use them as soon as possible on the next available appointment date, provided your membership remains active. Unused services expire after membership cancellation.
Can I combine membership discounts with other promotions or packages?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other special offers, packages, or sales events. However, members enjoy year-round savings exclusive to the membership program.
Are there any additional perks for members?

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership by submitting a written cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, after fulfilling your initial 12-month term. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
- Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any time. Pricing adjustments will begin with your next billing cycle and can be prorated.
- Downgrade After Term: You can downgrade after completing your 12-month term. Downgrades during the term may be available with an adjustment fee or an extension of your agreement.

Are treatments transferable to friends or family?
Membership services, discounts, and benefits are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the enrolled member. However, members are welcome to purchase gift cards to treat friends and family separately.
