4EvaGlow Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At 4EvalGlow, we are committed to providing a personalized care and dedicated time for each of our clients. In order to offer the highest quality experience, we have set the following cancellation and no-show guidelines:

24-Hour Notice

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations

At 4evaGlow, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to each of our clients. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a $50 service fee will be charged. No-showing prevents other clients from receiving care and affects our team’s schedule.

Arriving Late

Arriving on time will ensure you receive your full treatment. Appointments will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients, and the full treatment cost will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled and a $50 cancellation fee may apply. We may also reschedule if there is not enough time to provide quality care without impacting subsequent clients. For best availability, we recommend scheduling at least two weeks in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and will always do our best to accommodate you.

Emergencies & Flexibility

We understand that life happens. In the case of true emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, fees may be waived at the discretion of management.

Prices & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website, Facebook, and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Treatment Expiration

Service packages and pre-paid treatments (except for Lifetime Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase or redemption, or they will expire. Unused sessions after 12 monhts are forfeited.

Booking Requirements

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
